Some forums can only be seen by registered members. Just to give you an idea, Sugar Hill Estates in Greentown has approx. One thing I also like is that they do not utilize a community mailbox location. There is mail delivery to each individual house. Most lots are one acre or more. That might be worth a look also. I do not think I would like a gated community. I think it probably gives a false sense of security along with the higher dues.
